Hot Fudge Sauce / Chocolate Mirror glaze



Ingredients:

Evaporated Milk -- 1 cup
Sugar                       --   1 1/3 cup
Unsalted butter  --   1 stick
Dutch-processed cocoa powder --   8 tbsp
Vanilla extract    --   1 tsp



Preparation:

In a medium sauce pan, add the butter, evaporated milk and sugar. Bring it to a slow boil. Add in the sifted cocoa powder. Cook on low until it coats the back of a spoon (3 or 4 minutes). Add vanilla.

Pour it over your cake / scoop of icecream / dip in strawberries.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds when ready to use.
